December 1, 2005 - We apologize for having to charge a small amount for a membership to access these pages. Our director, Suzanne Shell, was charged with contempt of the Colorado Supreme Court because aggrieved parents accessed and downloaded some of the legal documents on these pages and modified them to apply to their cases and filed them in court. The trial judge refused to believe their testimony that they downloaded the documents from this web site. The prosecution presented no testimony to refute the parent’s testimony and presented no testimony indicating that Ms. Shell had written the subject documents for them. This trial was held in January, 2005 and there is still no verdict. More on this story. UPDATE - Ms. Shell was found to have committed civil contempt of the Colorado Supreme Court in December, 2006, nearly 2 years after her trial. She is appealing this finding to the United States Supreme Court.

These attacks are never reported in the media. . .it seems these attacks are not considered to be newsworthy by the mainstream media.
Ms. Shell has the express right to publish these general legal documents, but certain malicious child savers and their cohorts filed and pursued a false complaint accusing her of writing the documents specifically for those people and their cases. Therefore, to protect herself from similar accusations in the future, we have had to implement a system to keep track of everyone who accesses the documents so that she can prove at a future trial that the people did obtain the documents from this web site, and not from Ms. Shell. The cost of the membership is low simply to defray the operating cost the membership service. As many of our readers know, when you are in the sights of the child savers and their cohorts, you are guilty until proven innocent. Thank for your understanding regarding this need to document Ms. Shell’s innocence and good faith.
