Issues and Strategies in Dependency Cases

Intensive training for anyone who may be affected by Child Protective Services Agencies

Family Association Is a Fundamental Human Right

Intensive? Yep, Friday night and all day Saturday and Sunday. This seminar covers:

ŽHistory of child protection and outcomes ŽCivil vs. Criminal court ŽParental and Family Rights laws for the sponsor’s state and supporting case law ŽFight or cooperate? Benefits & consequences ŽWhat are the four prongs of attack and how do you use them? ŽHow to properly manage your case or (if you are an advocate) your client’s case to dramatically increase your odds of speedy reunification ŽHow to fight smart and WIN! ŽEffective advocacy ŽUnauthorized Practice of Law and other advocacy pitfalls. . .and much, much more. . .

The seminar is highly interactive. Questions are welcome, however, due to time constraints we will NOT be discussing individual cases. Due to the revealing content of the seminar, children under 18 are prohibited from being present.

Friday night is a discussion of the history, funding and outcomes of child welfare. The Saturday session covers the legal aspects of cases. The Sunday session expands on the discussion to include other strategies and information (our original 4 pronged attack)  which can be utilized by families who are involved with child welfare investigations or cases.

Arizona Family Rights Seminar Phoenix, AZ January 26-29, 2006

Here are some comments made to Robin S. [sponsor] by persons who attended the Phoenix seminar this weekend.

“Suzanne Shell is a great speaker!”

“I am so glad I came, I can’t believe how much I didn’t know before the seminar – CPS did not tell me any of this stuff and lead me down a dark path that left me in a very dark and dismal place even after I did finally figure out things on my own a little bit by then it was too late. I was hopeless, now after attending the seminar, I have hope – thank you so much- you have now idea how much this helps people like me!”

“I can’t believe all the stuff CPS did not tell me about!” “I wish I would have known this information BEFORE CPS came into our lives, if I would have know this before – they never would have been involved at all – I would have known what to do to make sure my kids were never taken in the first place, and certainly never would have believed what CPS said as truth – ever!”

“They (CPS) NEVER told me about my rights and they certainly never told me I did not have to cooperate with their forced plans to take my children and put them in foster care!”

“I am shocked to find out all the information NOW – after the fact, that CPS was required to tell me from the beginning, how to they get away with this kind of stuff all the time!”

“This seminar is valuable to everyone, everyone should be attending – and I mean EVERYONE! No one can afford NOT to!”

“I love the stuff being taught- Suzanne Shell is such a great speaker, and her entire seminar is full of VERY good information, I mean,  stuff we can all use, in our daily fight with the legal processes and courts that have trampled all over us for so long!  Clearly, the trampling is going to stop once we all become educated, and start using the information we were taught in the seminar – in our own documents and cases.”

“I wish I would have attended the seminar – before my kids were taken.”

“Thank you so much for putting together this seminar here in Arizona- this is going to help so many people – thank you!”

CAN YOU AFFORD TO ATTEND? It will demand some time and some small expense, but. . .THE REAL QUESTION IS, CAN YOU AFFORD NOT TO ATTEND? Do you want to wait until CPS has snatched your children from public school? Forewarned is forearmed. If you have children, you NEED the information presented at this seminar.

If you need to share lodging, contact the local sponsor who can put you in contact with other attendees who want to share lodging or with local host homes.

You will ‘hit the ground running’ once you complete this seminar. Your local CPS agency will not know what hit them! The sponsors reserve the right to refuse admittance to anyone.

** Any person who is a member of AFRA at the time the seminar or training is first announced will be considered an AFRA membe/affiliate for registration purposes. Due to the unique and proprietary nature of the information disclosed during this training, in order to protect our trade secrets from inappropriate exploitation, and because AFRA membership and leadership has stolen and misappropriated our trade secrets and harasseed and stalked our affilates, AFRA members/affiliates will be required to sign a confidentiality/non-compete agreement as a condition of being allowed to attend the seminar. This agreement indicates that the strategies and information learned at this seminar can be employed by the attendee as part of the business of the attendee, but, since they are not the product of any AFRA input or development, they may not be used under any AFRA name or umbrella nor to promote AFRA in any way and shall not be disclosed to any AFRA member.

We reserve the right to deny admittance to anyone for any reason.
